I can't find the tackle in my handline.

Each handline comes with a basic bait and tackle kit packed in the storage area at the top of the reel. Please check under both the top and bottom corks for your tackle before contacting us.

Casting bubble and flies are available in the Streamer Kit, and not included with a handline by default. Please check to make sure your order included a Streamer Kit.

Each reel is packed carefully by hand, but if we missed the tackle in yours, please email us to let us know. Include your order number and shipping address in your email and we'll send you a replacement tackle set the next business day.

My order is missing an item.

Every order is packed and shipped by hand, and we try hard to make sure you receive everything you ordered. To save space, some items are bundled with others; please check inside all boxes and envelopes and remove all packaging to ensure you find all the items in your order.

If we made a mistake and did not include an item you ordered, please use the contact form above to let us know what item is missing, and we'll send you a replacement the next business day. To expedite your replacement, please include your order number (found in your confirmation email) and your preferred shipping address in your email.

I entered the wrong shipping address.

Please contact us immediately with your order number and corrected shipping address. If your order has not shipped yet, we will revise your shipping address before sending.

We attempt to ship orders as quickly as possible, and most orders ship the next business day (or earlier). If your order has already shipped, please visit your local post office or use the USPS website to arrange for a package intercept.

If your package is being returned to sender after being delivered to the incorrect address, please contact us with your order number and preferred shipping address. We will refund or attempt to resend any orders returned to us.

If you package was delivered to the incorrect address and has not been returned, please contact us with your order number and corrected address to arrange for a discounted replacement.

My package has not been delivered.

Once your package has been delivered to the Postal Service, you will receive an email notifying you that your package has shipped, and be provided with a tracking number. You can track your package using this tracking number on the USPS tracking website. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your package tracking status to update.

Once your package has been turned over to the the Postal Service, we no longer have any control or influence over its delivery. In our experience, the Postal Service almost always completes a delivery, but if you are having issues, we recommend visiting your local post office for more information before contacting us. They will likely be able to provide you with more information about your delivery than we can.

If your package is being returned to sender by the Postal Service, please check your order confirmation email to ensure the shipping address provided is correct, and contact us with your order number and preferred shipping address. We will refund or attempt to resend any orders returned to us.

In the rare instance that your order is lost (remaining undelivered for five days beyond the expected delivery date) please contact us with your order number and shipping address to arrange for a refund or replacement.

I received a delivery notification, but my package was not delivered.

This is usually a clerical error on the part of the Post Office's tracking system, and in 99% of cases, your package will be delivered the next business day. This happens most often with Friday and Saturday deliveries.

However, please check your order confirmation email to be sure your address was entered correctly, and, if you have a home security system, please check for package theft. If your package was stolen, please contact us to arrange for a discounted replacement.
