A vertical or horizontal knife sheath for the world's favorite pocketknives.  

The Universal Knife Sheath fits knives and multitools from Leatherman, Victorinox, Opinel, SOG, and more. Using the Daggerfish Strap Snap system, this sheath lets you carry your favorite knife vertically or horizontally on your belt, and switch from one position to another in just a few seconds.

  • Standard fits knives up to 4.25"x 1.5"x 5/8"
  • Large fits knives up to 4.65"x 1.5"x 5/8"
  • XL fits knives up to 5"x 1.5"x 5/8"

One-Size-Fits-All

The Universal Knife Sheath fits virtually any standard-sized pocket knife, including many of the most popular knives in the world. 

The Standard size fits folding knives up to 4.25"x 1.5"x 5/8”, including:

  • Leatherman Wave+, Free, Arc, and Rebar
  • Victorinox Swiss Army Fieldmaster
  • Opinel No. 8

The Large fits folding knives up to 4.65"x 1.5"x 5/8," including:

  • Leatherman Surge
  • SOG Powelock

The XL fits folding knives up to 5"x 1.5"x 5/8," including:

A Vertical or Horizontal Knife Sheath

Built with the Daggerfish Strap Snap system, the Universal Knife Sheath snaps onto any standard size belt or backpack strap, and can be moved or removed without ever needing to unthread a strap or unbuckle your belt.

Best of all, the Strap Snap system allows you to carry your sheath vertically or horizontally, and switch from one orientation to the other in just a few seconds.

Awesome product

This leather sheath is a great addition to the belt. Being able to flip vertical and horizontal is great. I have a buck 110 in it and there’s some extra room in the XL model.

Daggerfish does it again

I got my Daggerfish Universal Knife Sheath (DUKS) to house my Archer by Tactile. It is a superb knife, but it came without a sheath. Daggerfish has solved that omission splendidly. The DUKS enfolded my Archer with sublime precision: Enough to keep it immobile but not so much that one cannot easily insert one's fingers to pull it out.
The quality of the sheath is exceptional. The leather tone is elegant and well matched to the hardware. Getting the knife out from a horizontal position is easy and fluid, even if you keep it on your back.
Honestly, I am getting matching sheaths for all of my currently boxed knives. This was a true find. I cannot recommend it enough.
